MODULAR PANELS

MODIK Modular Panel system is a 200mm module based "Modular", 'Bolted' panel system to make electrical switchboards & Motor Control Centers (MCC) and other low voltage assemblies.

MODIK Modular Panel system comes with standard modular profiles which can be bolted to make the panel as per customer's design .

Panel design can change at any level as it's made of standard modular parts , bolted using standard fasteners.

Standard partition plates are used to segregate the panels as per forms of separation of IEC 61439 1&2.

Busbar system can fix horizontally or vertically using standard modular parts.

Standards doors & covers in different modular sizes come with PU cast in situ seamless gasket for proper IP protection.

WALL MOUNTING BOX ENCLOSURES

MODIK Wall Mounting Enclosures come in different sizes to cater different customer requirements.

MODIK Wall Mounting Box Enclosures consist of box cabin with cable entry plate, mounting plate & door with PU cast in situ seamless gasket.

Front plates & many other standard accessories to cater all installation requirements in low voltage assemblies.

DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Distribution Boards - Row

MODIK Distribution Board consists of cabin, door with quarter turn lock and PU seamless gasket, front plates, removable cable gland plates on top & bottom, DIN rails, earth & neutral links.

MCCB Distribution Board has provision to install incoming MCCB.

Distribution Boards - PAN Busbars

MODIK PAN busbar type Distribution Board consists of cabin, door with quarter turn lock and PU seamless gasket, front plates, removable cable gland plates on top & bottom, DIN rails, earth & neutral links and IP65 rating.

Distribution Boards are fixed with PAN Busbar assembly with incomer of 125A or 250A MCCB or Switch Disconnector

PAN busbar assembly outgoings are MCBs of 12 to 96 ways
